Default Plasti Dip & CAI Look-N-Good

Two weeks ago I Plasti Dipped my home made Frankentake IV CAI and put a flame pattern on it by cutting it out of the plasti Dip to bare metal. I liked it but wasn't thrilled with how the flames turned out. Therefore, being the perfectionist that I am, I went back to the drawing board. Below is what I came up with. I'm extremely pleased with how well it turned out. I've gotten really good with a razor blade after this project, LOL. Plasti Dipped my clamps and my tube, then laid a dragon tribal flame pattern over it and cut it out of the plast dip. Then I used the razor blade to peel up the pattern from the plasti dip. Oh, btw, I used about 8-10 coats on this bad boy. I put over a 1000 miles with the old pattern on it and had no adverse effects from the heat on the plasti dip. I think tomorrow I'm going to PD the chrome rings on the two filters to make them match. Let me know what you think.

The dragon came out great. Nice addition to the engine bay.

Trying not to get the bug to redo the entire engine bay. I told myself I wasn't going to, but I know as soon as I do another piece I'll want to do something else to make it match. Mod bug bites really give you an itch, LOL. What do you think I should do with the engine cover?
