I have painted my calipers in the past and as long as you don't get teh calipers really hot (road racing) the paint will look good for two or three years.
Caliper paint would be best but they don't make it in my color. If this dosen't last I will probably go with a different color that is availiable. G2 High Temperature Brake Caliper Paint Or the MPG caliper covers, they will paint them in my color for a mear cost of $330 with the Challenger logo. MGP DODGE AND CHRYSLER CALIPER COVERS The paint cost me $60

THAT LOOKS AWSOME!! I was afraid my color matched color would never hold up..
I went with the Dupli-Color high-temp caliper paint in red, it stays very shiny, and amazingly clean too!! The brake dust washes right off. You can take a peek at it on Sat if you want, are you guys gonna make it?
