Wax On, Wax Off!!!!
I have never waxed my car before and might be doing that tonight!!! Once a year I usually take it somewhere to be done!!!
I bought Mequiars Swirl X and Wax 2.0...will this do the job, all by hand of course, since I have no DA!!! Might be taping up too...depends on my time!!! Any suggestions???

Wow are you going to be sore. You will see soME results by hand but not like the affects of using a DA.

Man I need a lesson in detailing too. I don't even know what a DA is. I don't have any power equipment either. I decided not to try and kill my self with wax and polish. I'm just gonna have her washed and shine her up real good with detail spay. I'm planning to use time at SF to learn more about products and techniques. Then I can decide what to buy and take my time doing it right later.

Man it is hard enough to do it with the porter cable. I can't imagine polishing AND waxing by hand. Excuse me while I throw 2-3 coats of wax om my car.

BlueDot helped me polish/wax my car. We used both his and my Porter Cable. We did it in 2 1/2 hours. It looks amazing. No swirl marks. Smooth. . . . I forgot my car had a metalic finish. It really made a difference. Thanks again Frank. Adams products are as good as they claim. So easy a Red Dog can do it.

No time for DA purchase now...I have 1000mg Ibuprofen ill be taking tonite!!!
Hope we do have another detail class...need alot of work!!!
