Due to the fact that our previous Map's host site is no longer, I have created a new Map with a new Host.
Sorry for the inconvience.

Please feel free to add yourself by clicking on the link and registering an email address and password.

Above the map you will see some pull down menus listed horizontally.
Click on "Additions", then "Add Marker".

In the first entry field labelled "Entry Name", you can enter any name you choose but I suggest using your Forum Username.
Enter the remaining City, Zipcode, Country and State fields and it should pop up the name of your city.

Click on the popped up city name and that should complete your add.
If you have any problems please let me know and I will try and figure it out with you.
