Default got my letter today...
It arrived today. My acceptance letter to California Culinary Academy. I start class on July 6. In another 21 months I'll graduate with a Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. CenCal's resident chef.

Hey Congratulations! I am CCA alumni. I did the full program back in 92. I loved it. San Francisco is a great city to study and learn about food. Just dive into it and sponge everything up.
