Ideas for a custom lic plate

Just placed an order for 2 Lic plates .. one for the truck and the other one for the srt..

went with

UNLSHD 8 for the srt8

IHAZOIL for the truck

it says atleast 8-12 weeks .. how long did it take u guys to get urs ?

Mine (SRT4ME2) and Hellboy's (RCKNSRT) took over 2 months

Took exactly 12 weeks from the time the original notice appeared saying it would take 8-12 weeks. You'll get another notice telling you when it has arrived. I placed a checkmark on the original application for mine to be sent to the local AAA office only to have the arrival notice tell me I had to go to the Clovis DMV Office to pick up the plates.

I hate DMV offices with a passion....all the low-lifes and thugs seem to be there all at one time and so many of the employees are rude and seem to hate their jobs. I did make an appointment online so I wouldn't have to wait in their ridiculous lines only to show up on time and have their office make an announcement that their computers were all running s-l-o-w and everyone would be backed up for up to 3 hours. Should have heard the yelling and cussing from those who were already waiting for a long time.

It was an hour wait for me since I did have a scheduled appointment and was simply picking up the plates. Still, the clerk took an extra 20 minutes after that looking in their book to make sure no one else had the personalization I had chosen. I told her that was ridiculous since that process is already checked when you are making the original application online. I know that it took me hours to come up with the one I finally got since every configuration I wanted was already taken.

Just think....there would have been no complaints from me if they had just sent the plates to the AAA office in Clovis as requested.

just got the notice in the mail yesterday .. they are good to go for pick up on MONDAY ..
