Hey guys, here's a little more info on the iSleeve & installation.

The sleeve is designed to replace the bezel & be mounted flush & attached to some kind of acuator or other devise to allow it to move. This is you can flush mount it but still be able to take it out. The problem we had with fiberglass is if you want it flush in the dash, you can't take it out. If you want to take it out, it has to be mounted ontop the stock bezel making it look more like an after thought than an integrated part of the car. With that said the fiberglass option is a lot easier to do than making our iSleeve fit & move, but if it was easy, everyone would do it!:-)

As for wiring. I'm not sure there is a way to use it with a stock system. There are a few options if you have aftermarket amps & speakers. The high end would be to go out the ipad into a Audison BitOne d/a converter then rca out to your amps. Middle option would be to go ipad into an iStreamer d/a converter which will also charge the ipad! Then out to a processor like Kicker sum8 or an AudioControl unit then to your amps. The cheap way but still digital is out of the iStreamer into a JL rlc, which is basically a volume knob, then rca out to your amps. This is what we did in the Nomag, its simple but still quality sound.
