Just booked our rooms...ready to go!!!

I can help out with any caravan details too....no BULLSHIT this year!!!! Hopefully we will be caravaning down on Friday morning, again!!!

Love to go down earlier, but just cant get anymore time off work!!!

I bought the 3 pack of Motorola 2way radios from costco....I think they sound like crap in the car, just not very clear sounding...would it be possible to buy a hend held scanner radio and be able to use with other 2way radios

Planned stops are easy too (as I know I-5 like the back of my hand and know good ones to show off at ):

- Anderson's Pea Soup, Santa Nella, CA
- Harris Ranch, Hanford, CA
- The Truckin America at the base of the Grapevine (right before the incline where the 5 and 99 merge)
- Anywhere in LA to meet up with some of the So Cal guys
- On to Irvine!!!

Now...let me preface this by saying, I have zero need to stop anywhere along the route. When my wife and I drive down to Palmdale/So Cal (like next week), we'll leave home at between 5 & 6am and won't stop 'til about Buttonwillow or Kettleman City when it's time for a late breakfast/early lunch. No gas...just get it to Palmdale (our place to Palmdale in less than a tank of gas!).

Looking forward to it so if folks want to jump on board, I promise to keep it under 75 (I actually like about 72 mph for maximum mpg).

Thats exactly what I was looking for. That was a ton of work.

I'll use the same format this year. Understand that this list and or method is golden.

The only reason this method fails is for those who dont read it!
