Default Exhaust recommendations

I'm a newbie with 2011 charger R/T. I'm looking for an cat back system with no drone. I have priced corsa an that's like 1,500 looking for something cheaper any suggestions.

Looks like JBA might work for you

Jba Drone - Lx Forums | Dodge Charger Challenger Magnum | SRT8 | Chrysler 300 Forum

I wonder how much though..... And theyer not talking about 2011. Good luck shopping.

I've owned 3 Corsa Systems and could not be happier. Had it on my 5.7L, and two on my 6.1L Sport and now Extreme. I did have an issue with the Sport System and Corsa was SUPER EASY to deal with. Well worth the coin.

Corsa is great but can't go wrong with Magnaflow.

I have a JBA on my 06 Charger (R/T and my SRT) and even before I went to long tubes there was still a drone. I don't mind sound but if it's going to be a problem you might want to see who what on their cars and ask to go for a ride. I've been in one car with a Magnaflow and I don't know what else he had done to the exhaust and it sounded great. The JBA is a good system for the money but it all depends on the sound you want and how much you want to spend.

I am planning being in San Jose one night this week and you are more than welcome to jump in and go for a ride but I have other mods that make my car louder than just a cat back . . .

i found my CORSA on the LXForums for $1000 new. Check Ebay and the forums. I could not be happier with my exhaust. Nice n LOUD when i want it to be, subtle yet MANLY while cruising, and never any drone.

I'm getting ready to remove the resonators from my SRT and try that for a while to see how it sounds.

I know it all comes down to personal taste. We all probably have varying opinions on what is too loud. Of all the systems I have listened to, I really like the way Flowmaster Super 44 with reso delete sounds. That's the direction I am heading in. I have heard drone is more of an issue with the displacement engines.

I was trying to do research on this topic last night and came accross this link in LXForums. It's an old post, but was kinda interesting: About Mufflers:
