It seams to take away from the cars over all esthetic to have the hood up, and in Dan's case he's got a cool hood so he wants to feature that. Also I have a V6... it's clean but its not a feature point of my ride, If your hoods not up people wonder why? Is it not clean perhaps? what are you hiding? All of this is resolved with a little stick. Hence the hood prop was born.
