The kits is needles and LEDs. The needles are colored, the lights are white.

sorry guys, I guess my replies aren't being posted through my Tapatalk.

It would be the same price, around $60 to install the EL panels and the gauge faces because I have to take that all apart anyway for the needle install so I wouldn't charge any extra
