You're thinking of "Are we there yet?"

Which must be repeated like daily and then hourly and then at regular intervals on the radio on the drive down to Irvine, along with random commentary about the green green fields of home or something.

*fixed, can you tell I'm working on two finals simulataneously??*

Alright, EIGHT more since yesterday's post for a new total of 656. We're now barrelling towards that 700 number that everyone thought we were crazy to even to consider.

ONE 300C, ONE 300 Base/LX, FIVE R/Ts (TWO Challengers and THREE Chargers) and ONE SRT (Magnum)

FOUR Brilliant Black Crystal Pearls, ONE Dark Titanium Metallic, ONE Deep Lava Red Pearl and TWO Silver Steel Metallics

Now the Attendance Rankings:

By Year:

218 - 2006
136 - 2007
97 - 2005 (almost 100!)
85 - 2009 (darn good for a recent year)
81 - 2008
23 - 2010
16 - Other

By Model/Trim:

46 each - 300C and Magnum SRT
45 - Magnum SXT

75 - Bright Silver Metallic
52 - Inferno Red Crystal Pearl
46 - Silver Steel Metallic
45 - Other (Only 26 of these aren't LXes, so that's at least 19 LXes with custom paint I'm guessing)

26 - Stone White
15 each - B5 Blue Pearl, Magnesium Pearl and Midnight Blue Pearl

I have an update on those Challenger R/T Classics, if anyone is interested. Based on what I thought Tam had written some many posts ago, I thought I might be the "only" B5 Classic there. So I went through the list myself:

Out of the 10 (so far):

4 are B5 Blue
2 are TorRed
1 Inferno Red
1 Hemi Orange
1 Bright Silver and
1 Sublime Metallic...(Obviously repainted since purchase)

So, I am hardly unique (except in my own mind, of course!)

Nah, Tom, you were unique on the list at one point, but then others signed up to join you.

Alright, its the final hours for registration, you've had two and a half months to sign up. The hotel staff are even over-extending themselves to make sure everyone is accomodated. Chrysler and Mopar and tons of vendors will be present in a big way and oh yeah, there's gonna be like 650+ LXes!!!

We added FOUR more since yesterday for a new total of 660!!!

Those FOUR include:

THREE from California and ONE from Michigan

TWO Chrysler 300s and TWO Dodge Magnums

ONE 2005, ONE 2006, ONE 2007 and ONE Other (???)

ALL of them were SRTs (TWO 300s and TWO Magnums)

ONE Bright Silver Metallic, TWO Brilliant Black Crystal Pearls and ONE Silver Steel Metallic

I'll save the big huge listing post for tomorrow when registration closes.

Default Unfortunate News...

Hello CenCalLX Family,

It’s with such incredible sadness and tears that I finally need to let you know I won’t be attending this year’s Spring Fest that would have been number 5 for me. That also includes the awesome Beach Burger event as well. I feel like I’m letting you down even though that is not the intent. This is ripping me up having to pass the news to you.

Unfortunately, a medical procedure has been scheduled for Friday afternoon, March 19. I will be going through a lithotripsy to break up some troublesome kidney stones that have been affecting my health for the past two years and possibly causing some damage to one of the ureters. The procedure is not that big of a deal and is done under mild sedation on an outpatient basis. The timing of it all is out of my control.

It was difficult to even secure that date at the medical facility as it was and my physician doesn’t want me to wait any longer, such as trying to get a date further down the line. I will not be allowed to sit and drive for long periods of time right afterward so leaving late Friday evening or early Saturday morning to arrive in time is out of the question. I'll probably be just fine by Sunday, lol.

So, with my head held high and my attitude remaining positive, I’m already looking forward to SF #6. I do not want this information posted up in any of the other forums as I don’t want to be the focus of a no-show. Thanks for respecting that.

Tamara, please don't change a thing about my registration. Dave D., if you don't mind, I need to drop off 2 of those carry chairs for Heidi to use on Saturday. Michelle and Jon, I'll somehow get the money to you for all the special things you have done to make CenCal very special at SF #5.

Several close forum and SF friends who are not in CenCal will be receiving a similar message explaining my absence because they are expecting me. I love you all too much to not say something. Have the best time ever and don’t worry about one thing! You are wonderful friends and I’ll miss you soooo much.

Feel free to contact me anytime. I’ll be there in spirit and support. Spring Fest #5 will be rockin’ and rollin’. I’m thankful to have made the past 4. Heck, Tam and I can drive in together next year!

Take care, my friends, and have the time of your lives!

Love,
Ann

Well that sucks!

Lets get your health in order first. I will post pics as the days go on. I got nothing but time to waste so you will see them.

Take care and know I will not be broadcasting this over the forums.
