LXOM is some award they give out to a member who has done good stuff for the LX world.

supposedly its LX of the Month, but its really about the member so it ought to be LXMoM or like you said, LX Outstanding Member. I got one way back when, but I'm not attending so if someone wants to wear a red wig and a push up bra and stand in, you're welcome to it.
