They rattle? What is causing the rattling? And this is your third set? Did they cover this under warranty? Man, I want to be able to install it once and not have any problems.

The first time the bushings meleted around the butterfly valves. The 2nd time, a bolt started backing out that couldn't be tightened without removing rivits or something. But in all 3 cases, the butterfly valves loosen up and rattle against the housing.

They come with a 4 year warranty, I will probably replace them once more before the warranty runs out next year. Probably after springfest (or before maybe).

Dave,need to send mine back to,did you talk to DMH first or just ship your old one's? Their hard to get in touch with.

Yes, you do have to contact him (Dave) first. My problem is I always forget to send the old ones back. I've emailed (almost never works). You have to call him and yes, he's very difficult to get ahold of. Once you do.... he's normally pretty helpful.
