Quick Springfest question!

Hey guys,

I found a place to stay not too far from the hotel with my buddies. I was wondering if they rode with me if they could come to springfest. I know the voucher says lx owners only, but also says no public entrance other than those who ride with you.

Just wanna make sure before I invite them to come with. Thanks!!

When you registered it was asked how many would be accompanying you in your ride.
The main reason for that is they are supplying a free lunch to all registered attendees and their party.

Bringing in others not on the list and getting them lunch wrist bands might run the the risk of the lunch count falling short with the others who registered legitimately.

Other than that I don't think it really matters.
They may or may not check that when you enter the event.

Sweet. Figured it's the least I could do since they're letting me stay with them for free. Ill double check with everyone about the lunch stuff the day of. I'll be at the double tree part of the night on friday then meet back up with you guys sat morn for staging. They live less than 30 min away from the hotel.

Oh, and Im not sure if I missed it, but on the day of at springfest ok to bring beer or no?

I plan on having my cooler in the bed of my truck cause I'm bringing water to drink, but it will also have alcohol in it(not drinking at the event) so would like to know that as well.
