Default Spring Fest 2011 -- Feedback

All,

With the wonderful weekend behind us I would like all of us to put down a little feedback on the event.

For me it was the best Spring Fest ever. Everything to me was perfect.

I had a good enough time for being sick.

My thoughts:
1. Organize vendors - keep them grouped together a little more.

2. Swap meet - allow people to bring their used LX stuff to sell.

3. FOOD! - I do enjoy a free lunch, but getting there as early as we do, waiting for lunch and then if we were to hang out until 5pm, it would be nice if they had a food vendor or two that people could buy something to eat/drink if they wanted.

I'm sure I have other suggestions but at the moment I'm done.

#1) Trash cans by the wash stations & other locations

#2) Vendors, some of them brought few(if any) products to display. We're more likely to buy some thing later if we can see it in person at the show.

#3) Raffle w/ vendor/sponsor supplied products/gift certificates during the show or at the conclusion of the show.

#4) Kid zone, giant slide ,bounce houses etc. There was not much there to keep the younger show attendees occupied.

Other than that it was a pretty well managed show for its size at the show site & host hotel,D.

This was also the best Spring Fest i have been to. Also the only one. LOL I second the more trash cans thing. Only place to find a trash can was over where they served the food and that was only atfer they started serving food. They had wash stations by the port-a-pottys with papertowels, but no place to pu the paper towels. And i walked around quite a bit with empty water bottles since there was no place to throw them away.

The no raffle thing was a let down. They should get commitments for every vendor prior to the show for raffle prizes if they intend to do one. Not wait till the day of hoping they will donate something.

If they do the round table discussion things again, they need to be held closer to the rest of the meet. Not many people went to them because they didn't know where they were and if you didn't catch one of the shuttles that weren't announced it was too far to walk, let alone try to find.

i agree with the above statements, diffently needed more trash cans all over, wished there was more vendors, selling more things like clothing items, collectables etc, and vendors like at many harley events i been too who actually have the product in stock with them and offer special pricing and do installs on site. and more food vendors great lunch but i was starving before hand, i forgot to bring anything to drink or eat with me, the test drive of the new cars was a great event, had fun on the road course, would have liked to drive my car through it, maybe next year they could set a track up for us to run a time event type. other wise a great event saw lots of things i havenot seen before. maybe also include a night like friday to have a event at one of the local dodge dealership, hotel was great, location was even better (Irvine) we went to Nixons library and his birth home for a day trip, had fun.

I agreed with most of what has been stated earlier. Test driving the new models was a great idea. Being able to see the current and pre-production models. I almost felt that Chrysler was including us in the direction they are going. I would like to see more vendors. I brought extra money in hopes of purchasing some wanted items. It was kind of disappointing that to see only a handfull. How about bring back track day on Sunday, that is if weather permits.
