So, I stepped up and got Windows 7 after many years of XP. My PS3 sees my home network and I am able to access pics, vids, and movies on my Win7 pc.
Also, I have a bunch of DVD's (kind of a DVD junkie). Ripped them to my hard drive and now I can watch any movie I have (thru the PS3) without touching the DVD. You don't get all the extras that way, but I can always go get the DVD if I need to. |

Completely WIRELESS. The PS3 has a wireless card built in, and seeks out networks thataway.

Yea windows 7 has made networking a lot easer for the normal user, I use Windows 2000 and XP for my sign software so wont change it for work just yet. I might use 7 in a dual boot environment till its more compatible with stuff. I do have a new laptop on the way with win7 on it.
