I'm voting for Tracy, 9am to noon. I think I found something:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...12500000001025 It's the Texas Road House Restaurant. 2422 Naglee Road, Tracy, CA. This has plenty of parking, no open for business during that time frame, Starbucks and other food is across the street and it's right off the freeway.

Tracy is my blessing....Thank You....I know this is more centrally located and would attract more NORTH & SOUTH of HWY5 cars to show up, just worried that Bay Area car members might have an issue...oh well!!!
Sonic would be cool as there is a huge parking lot for the mall right there....Plus Sonic looks the type to host a car show/get together.....But Texas Roadhouse is good too, since the parking lot doesnt get used til dinner time. I think 9AM to Noon is perfect....will this be a Saturday or Sunday event....hopefully Saturday!!! I would think to approach any of these places....Enforcing no burnouts or goofing off in the cars would have to be highly enforced!!! From Google earth and added places(tons of places to eat) ![]() Sonic sign with Huge parking lot for mall(mall doesnt get that full...its Tracy)

I was looking at those same angles on Google Earth too. I'm down for any of those locations. My concern was morning breakfast eaters at Sonic or those other places. I'm not sure what lot that is either next to Texas Roadhouse and that would be perfect. Rudy, what do you think? Mark?
Maybe we can do this event in alternating locations every two months. First month in Tracy, then two months later in South San Jose? Or Fremont? We can use both of my old work places lots which are huge and right off the freeway. This way we can get North, Central, some of south on the Tracy one and then in South San Jose, we can get more Bay Area folks to come out. We need a name too guys. I can't think of anything catchy! Something dorky like Saturday Morning Rides. CenCalLX presents: Breakfast Brake

We could alternate....but I think having one location is key to make this work....I guess we could try a couple different locations and see what gets the most cars to show up.
As far as morning eaters....Its Tracy...Common...jk! I like "Saturday Morning Rides" or "Morning Rides" ---make it like Socals changed to "Rides and Coffee" CenCal Rides---Cars and Pride---Fun N' Cars---Cal Car Fest!!! Are motorcycles included...or just cars!!!

OK, I'll check with Sonic, Texas Roadhouse, and what that parking lot is. There is also a Home Depot across the street from the Roadhouse along with a Starbucks. Let's get bikes in there too; not just cars.
Any name suggestions Rudy and Mark?
