Still not done yet,have to weld some tabs on the UCAs for the ride ht sensor link.Seems like my clamp on idea is'nt working as good as I thought it would
,hopefully I'll have that fixed this weekend and I can finally start setting ride hts to my liking,Danny

Today I think I can say that the system is finally done!! I had a friend with a local repair shop(Century european,american canyon) weld my sensor link tabs on the UCAs,recalibrated the ride ht.s and took the car for an extended test drive up the valley and on one of the twistiest roads up here (oakville grade).It drives and handles great!! I have the shocks set on in the middle of their adjustment and that seems good enough for now. Here are the pics:
UCA tabs, not shown is the counter bores added to both sides for proper Ny-lock nut engagment and the "V"ing of the attachment point for good weld penetration. ![]() Here is the tab welded in place and connected to the sensor link(Thanks Eddie!!) ![]() The original Adel (cushion clamps) were functional, but they did'nt hold their positions making for erratic ride ht.s,thus the need to fab up and weld on some tabs,D
