They are polished ,but some of the ones in the photos are not the ones going on the finished product(45* elbows,T fittings & filter reducers)

According to Zack @UAS and Pete @ Zygote customs they go on the inlet of the accuair valve block to keep crap from getting in the valve assm, not in the usual positions.I'm going to install a remote drain from the tank to a bulkhead fitting in the tire well so the tank can be easily drained from outside ,Danny

Here are a couple more progress pics, I'm having issues with fitment of the leader lines threads not engaging enough into the bag before getting tight. This is causing interferance with the plate mount ring on the shock when fully compressed. I have ordered a different style of leader line from Viair, hopefully that will solve the problem. I'm still working with Pete @ Zygote and Zack @ UAS to figure out why the supplied lines won't seat properly, D

Koni yellow adjustable shocks

Koni shock w/ bag test fitted

The supplied black oxide mount hardware replaced w/stainless bolts

Stainless bolt prepped with "blue" loctite

Billet top plate and bolts ready for final install
Test fitting of leaderlines to bags
Test fitting of bags, leaderlines & shock
Rear bags and cups final assembled

You know your stuff Big D. From the template, to the drain in the wheel well, every step seams carefully planned then executed. Continued success on the build cant wait to see the finished product.

Wow, so much to do. No wonder the one days installs seems to take about 24hrs. You should be down to about 10-12 hours on the day of line install.

I'm going to take my time and do the install between Christmas and New years... now if I can just get the front leader line problem worked out,I could finish the front bag /shock assy and move on,Danny
